From planning courses and reserving rooms to updating digital platforms and preparing meeting notes, you'll keep the wheels turning behind the scenes.
Within our team we are looking for an experienced programme assistant for the research programme Interdisciplinary Research in Health Dynamics, to replace a colleague during her pregnancy leave.
You are responsible for the ins and outs of the courses and communication about the study programmes with students and teachers. You work closely together with the programme manager and programme director and with the colleagues within the master office that support other master programmes. Our students come from all over the world, therefore all communication is in English.
Core activities are:
The Graduate School of Medical Sciences (GSMS) of the University Medical Center Groningen (UMCG) educates and trains excellent researchers and promotes excellent research. The GSMS is responsible for all (research) master programmes and PhD (education) programmes within the UMCG. The Master team is involved in the organization of the 2-year international master's programmes, including the research master's degree in Interdisciplinary Research in Health Dynamics (IRHD).

The UMCG has a preventive Hepatitis B policy. You may be required to build up sufficient protection against Hepatitis B before you can be appointed. Vaccination is provided by the UMCG if necessary.
