Will you be our new colleague? We are looking for a social worker for 28-32 hours per week for the Oud Oost Social District Team.

"As a social worker, you work without judgement and connect with all kinds of people on an equal footing. You work with groups and individuals in all kinds of different situations. You work on solving problems, working towards behavioural change and creating space at agencies because systems and rules often get in the way of solving problems. The work is constantly changing. What will you do?

• You assist residents in resolving issues and improving their situation in a sustainable manner.
• You involve the resident's network, voluntary organisations and other residents in resolving support issues.
• You provide guidance and engage additional care or support as needed.
• You think from reciprocity. A resident who needs support may also be able to do something for someone else.
• Together with colleagues, you will provide a range of support to groups.

You have/are

• A higher professional education (HBO) bachelor's degree, HBO working and thinking level, and knowledge of legislation and regulations in the social domain.
• Broad professional knowledge that you combine with the expertise of colleagues and partners.
• Working independently, flexibly and responsibly.
• A coaching, connecting and motivating attitude, showing initiative and focused on cooperation.
