You play a key role in safeguarding and developing the Mechanical discipline within our maintenance organization. You hold hierarchical responsibility for the mechanical technicians and Coordinators.
You provide direction to the people, the further development and the safeguarding of this discipline, and you ensure clear frameworks within which work is carried out safely, consistently and to a high standard. The daily, functional supervision of the technicians lies with the Mechanical Technical Coordinator. In this role, the focus is on leadership, structure and direction, with room to make an impact at a tactical level.
You work closely with the Team Leader E/I, the Technical Coordinator, the Execution Coordinator and the Maintenance Manager. You report hierarchically to the Maintenance Manager and contribute significantly to the further professionalization of Maintenance.

As a Mechanical Maintenance Team Leader, you have at least a completed bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent), preferably supplemented with training in leadership, coaching and team management. In addition:
